Do you ship worldwide? Absolutely, we ship globally to bring comfort and relief to people all over the world.

Where do you ship from? Our products are shipped from our headquarters based in Honkong.

Can I change or cancel my order? We understand that sometimes changes need to be made. You have a window of 12 hours after placing your order to request changes or cancellations. After this period, we unfortunately cannot accommodate changes or cancellations. However, once you receive your order, you have the option to return it for a full refund.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments to facilitate a smooth and secure transaction process for our customers.

When will my order be processed? We diligently handle and ship out all orders from our warehouse. During busy seasons and holidays, please allow us some extra time to process your order. Generally, orders placed between Monday and Friday are processed within 1-3 business days and shipped out the next day after processing. Please note that we do not operate on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order? To ensure your ThePawPalaces™ product reaches you in perfect condition, orders may take between 2-4 weeks to arrive, as we devote utmost care to each and every product.

What if I don't receive my order? In the rare event that your order does not reach you within 30 days of shipping, rest assured that you are eligible for a full refund.

Will I be charged with customs and taxes? Prices on our website are displayed in US dollars and are tax-free. However, you may be subjected to customs duties and taxes depending on your local customs office regulations. These charges, if applicable, are your responsibility to cover.
